how to update source list ?

just open in terminal : sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list, then delete all the contents and fill in the local repository. then sudo apt-get update
for indonesia :

• ubuntu maverick meerkat  
• ubuntu natty narwhal 
• ubuntu oneiric ocelot
